Brookline Ambulance Service -hiring part time Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Providers

QUALIFICATIONS:

✓ Candidates must be a National Registered EMS Provider at the Emergency Medical Responder, Emergency Medical Technician, Advanced Emergency Medical Technician, or Paramedic level.

✓ Candidates must possess an unrestricted New Hampshire EMS Provider License or be eligible to obtain such upon hiring.

✓ Candidates must possess a valid State issued Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.✓ Candidates must pass a pre-hire physical and drug screen.

✓ Candidates must agree to meet or exceed the duties, responsibilities, and qualifications of the Brookline Ambulance Service’s EMS Provider Job Description. See attached.

HOURS / SHIFT:

➢ Part time for the Town of Brookline is defined as scheduled to work less than 35 hours per week on a regular basis.

➢ Must work at least 1 weekend day shift per week (Saturday or Sunday) between the hours of 0600 and 1800 hr.

COMPENSATION:

❖ This is a non-exempt hourly compensated position

❖ Regular Part Time staff are eligible for paid vacation time after the first 90 days of employment. The amount of which is based on regular hours worked and length of employment.

❖ The hourly rate is based on NREMT certification and NH EMS license level.
