Cemetery Trustees

Brookline has three cemetery trustees serving overlapping three-year terms.  The cemetery trustees provide oversight of the town's cemeteries and of the sexton, who manages the cemeteries on a day-to-day basis.

The trustees follow New Hampshire's applicable RSAs related to cemeteries, RSAs 289 and 290, as they may be amended from time to time.

The trustees meet on an as-needed basis, but no less frequently than once every three months.
