NOTICE

PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with the provisions of NH RSA 675:3 and 675:7, the Brookline Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider amendments to the Zoning & Land Use Ordinance on January 4, 2024, at 7:00 PM. at the Brookline Town Hall. If necessary, the Public Hearing will be continued on January 18, 2024, at 7:00 PM.

Section 800/900  Nonconforming, Uses, Lots, and Structures and Lots of Record – This proposed change will combine these sections and provide a path forward for Nonconforming Lots of Record for a Special Exception from the ZBA when a new residence or building cannot meet setback requirements.

Section 2100 – Impact Fee Ordinance This proposed change will make the units in the Impact Fee Schedule consistently dwelling units and clarify when impact fees are assessed.
