This Voter’s Guide has been prepared to give voters an opportunity to study the proposed changes to the Zoning and Land Use Ordinance and learn some of the information that led to these proposed changes.

There are eight proposed Amendments, most are primarily housekeeping, but others are more complex.  You can download the entire guide as a single document at the bottom of this page or read individual sections by clicking on the individual amendments.

Amendment No. 1 – Section 400 – Districts

Proposed changes are noted in two ways. Words to be deleted are crossed out.  Words to be added are in italic like this: Proposed changes.
