2023.02.02 Planning Board Public Hearing

N O T I C E

PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with the provisions of NH RSA 675:3 and 675:7, the Brookline Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to consider amendments to the Zoning & Land Use Ordinance on January 19, 2023 at 7:00 PM. at the Brookline Town Hall. If necessary, the Public Hearing will be continued on February 2, 2023.

Section 620 Workforce Housing: Clarify that a site plan OR as subdivision plat may be uses as appropriate. Other changes to clarify definitions and fix errors.

Section 800 Nonconforming Uses, Structures, and Lots: Remove the graphic at the end of the section and describe the situations in words, update cross references for structures that require a septic system, and clarify the procedures for the expansion of nonconforming structures into setbacks.
