Site visits (2022 inspections):

 

Safety Complex   (we will meet and start the inspections here)

 

Recent stains on ceiling tiles in police lobby (not the roof) no change 7/2021

Ceiling tile in ambulance janitor's closet needs replacing.

Ambulance bay door windows--some are cracked; pricing needed.

Ambulance bay door B needs weather stripping on bottom-heat loss.

 

Town Hall

 

Replace/repair fire escape sill (old issue) --moss growing--power wash?

Men's and ladies' downstairs restrooms each need 3 ceiling tiles replaced; also, in food pantry.

The emergency light in the boiler room is out.

Handicap door breaker bar needs fixing

 

 Business Meeting

 

Guest/new members introductions.

Review and approve minutes – April 12th minutes (see attached file – minutes provided by Marilyn Simons).
