The Selectboard advises that complaints regarding employees should be directed to the Town Administrator outside of Selectboard meetings; any complaints regarding the Town Administrator should be directed to a Selectboard member outside of Selectboard meetings.  The Board does not wish to entertain comments about an employee’s mental or physical health, character, or reputation during a public meeting.
