RADON TESTING - Radon is a natural gas that causes lung cancer. Radon Air testing should always be performed on a property you will be living in and especially with little kids.

SEPTIC INSPECTIONS - The septic system is a very expensive system if it needs to be replaced so spending $225 to $350 now is a very smart decision in your home buying decision.
