Ambulance Billing Evaluation Committee

In September 2018 the Selectboard chartered the committee to:

  • Evaluate the potential costs and benefits of billing for ambulance services
  • Determine if a warrant article should be considered for the 2019 March town meeting that reverses the 1991 warrant article that was approved "to eliminate all charges to users of the Brookline Ambulance Service"

The committee was comprised of seven members listed below.

The committee's final report is available on the left of this page.  At the March 2019 town meeting, voters decided not to bill for ambulance services at this time.
