Candidates Night

The Hollis Brookline Rotary Club is hosting a Candidates Night for Town and School Board candidates on the ballot for the March 14th election.  It will be held in the Brookline Selectboard’s meeting room at Daniel’s Academy aka Town Hall, on Tuesday evening, March 7 at 7 PM. The session will be broadcast live via Zoom link to be publicized. It will also be recorded for repeated broadcasts on Brookline’s Public Access Channel 192.

The public is free to offer suggestions in advance for questions to be posed to the candidates. Please send them to webb.peter.g@gmail.com. The questions will be posed at the forum by the moderator only. They will not be provided in advance to the candidates. There will not be public participation at the forum. The anticipated format will consist of each candidate giving an opening statement of up to 3 minutes, then several questions from the moderator with up to 3 minutes to answer and concluding statements from each candidate of up to 3 minutes. If a candidate is unable to attend, he or she may submit a written statement of up to 5 minutes in length that the moderator will read aloud.
